On ordering an image using the "Purchase Order" option at checkout, your order will be emailed to us and we will email you details for you to pay by cheque or on account. Image files and licences for cheque orders will only be dispatched on clearance of payment. At our discretion we may offer 30-day credit terms to regular image buyers. Overdue accounts will be liable to a surcharge of 3% per month at our discretion. In the event of Perspectives employing debt collection services, the cost of these services will be passed to you.

In using this site you are permitted by non-transferable, non-exclusive licence or royalty free licence (as specified for each individual image) to use, modify, and publish images purchased from thenaturalphotosource.co.uk subject to the following terms.

You, as user of any images contained on this site, accept any and all risk, responsibility and liability arising from such use, and you as user shall indemnify Perspectives and the contributing Photographer against all third party actions, costs, damages and other claims of whatever nature. Perspectives and the contributing Photographer are not responsible or liable for your use of, or inability to use, this website and thenaturalphotosource.co.uk images. The opinions and views expressed by users of thenaturalphotosource.co.uk images do not necessarily represent those of Perspectives and the contributing Photographer, and Perspectives and the contributing Photographer do not verify, endorse, or vouch for any content or material created by users.

Any modification to images purchased from thenaturalphotosource.co.uk is at the user's risk.

Images purchased from thenaturalphotosource.co.uk on a non-exclusive licence basis are for the use specified in the licence only. In the case of royalty free licensed images, you are not permitted to resell, redistribute or sub-license such images in formats intended for multiple distribution including, but not limited to stock photography, stock clipart, stock web art, stock multimedia, templates etc. For either non-exclusive or royalty free licensed images, image use is permitted for the duration of the licence issued. On expiry of the licence, you must either renew the licence or discontinue use of the image.

You are not permitted to use images purchased from thenaturalphotosource.co.uk in any manner which is obscene, defamatory or unlawful.

Perspectives makes no claim or warranty with regard to any model or property release associate with an image, or with respect to identifiable entities depicted in the image including, but not limited to, names, logos, uniforms, trademarks or designs and works of art. You, the user, must satisfy yourself that all necessary permissions are in place, and you will indemnify Perspectives against all third party actions, costs, damages and other claims of whatever nature arising from your use of the image.

Any use of images purchased from thenaturalphotosource.co.uk must include a credit, which should read as follows:
"Photographer/tnps.co.uk" e.g. " N & J Irvine/tnps.co.uk"

Perspectives and the contributing Photographer reserve the right to monitor and to investigate any complaints regarding the use of any images purchased from thenaturalphotosource.co.uk, and to take appropriate action if violations of these terms of use are found.

Perspectives will issue invoices and licences to you with regard to your image purchases. Copies of invoices and licences issued to you will be sent to the contributing Photographer for their records. Your secure payment details will be handled by our secure payment provider Paypal and will not be disclosed to Perspectives or the contributing Photographer. Your contact information will be used only to process your order (including notification to the contributing Photographer) and to contact you, unless you request otherwise, from time to time regarding updates on thenaturalphotosource.co.uk. Your contact details will not be passed to third parties.

Perspectives makes no guarantee of availability of thenaturalphotosource.co.uk website and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the website without liability.

Links may exist between thenaturalphotosource.co.uk and other websites. However, as these other websites are outwith our control we are not liable for any claims, however arising, regarding your use of those websites.
